• 2 to 3 star hotels like Hotel Marshyangdi (Kathmandu), Hotel Lumbini Gardens (Lumbini), Hotel Barahi (Pokhara) and equivalent standard hotels in case of non-availability and also in Tibet.

• Hotel accommodation with attached bathroom.

• Breakfast at hotel in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Tibet.

• All meals and equipments (incl. sleeping bags & mattresses) when trekking/ rafting or on safari.

• Airport and hotel transfers and local sight-seeing in private car or coach.

• English speaking guide (or any language preferred) and porters in Nepal and Tibet.

• Entrance fees for sites and places of interest.

• Nepalese Visa, re-entry visa and all Trekking Permits.

Additions In The Tour:

Mountain flight or any interest programs can be included in the tour. The charges are extra.

Booking Confirmation:

Minimum 1 month before arrival in Kathmandu.

Deposit And Payment:

20% of total payment to be paid before guests arrive in Kathmandu. Remittance can be made through Western Union Money Transfer.

Balance payment to be made before guests go on tour.

Price quoted are valid for travel for 2005.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.

Please note that:

     -    unexpected increase in prices in the case of air-tickets should be borne by guests.

     -    no refund will be made to guests in case of natural calamities like landslides, floods while on tour.
